What is RS3 Fit

 

RS3FIT is a Strength and Conditioning gym. We strongly believe in bringing likeminded people together, to bring the best out of each individual to achieve their fitness goals.

RS3 programs for universal scalability. This makes it a perfect recipe for any committed individual, regardless of age, fitness background or ability.

We have a team of highly qualified coaches, who deliver a number of classes from CrossFit, RS3 Fitness to Strongman training, ranging from 30 minute to 60 minute sessions.

RS3 programming is constantly varied to help conquer your weaknesses. Keeping training enjoyable and well-rounded for year on end.

 



Strongman/Functional Bodybuilding

This is a 60-minute class mixing up and incorporating strongman, functional bodybuilding, core work with minimal conditioning training. If you are looking to mix up your training, want to get a bit “stronger and swole” then this is the class for you!

CrossFit

This is a 60-minute WOD (workout of the day) whole-body strength & conditioning workout where we incorporate Olympic weightlifting & gymnastics within the weekly programming. All exercises are scalable to each individual needs and abilities. Starting every session with a whiteboard brief of what’s installed, then we get you warmed up in a general or specific warm-up before going in into our strength or skill work for that day, finishing off with a conditioning (fitness) workout, high fives and a stretch. If your goal is to be competent in all areas of CrossFit and to be prepared for anything that is thrown at you, then this is the class for you!

RS3 Fitness

This is a 30-minute class where you will have a brief of what is planned for the session, starting with a warm-up and then the WOD (work out of the day). The aim of this class is to increase your base level fitness, strength and conditioning at high intensity.

 

We also offer CrossFit classes for kids!

This is a 45 minute class for children aged 4 – 12 years old.

Classes involve fun games and activities while learning the basics of strength & conditioning, balance, coordination, cardio and mobility. It’s a great time for your children to get active making new friends, having fun and learning new skills all at the same time!
